Comprehensive Care at Ember Recovery
Ember Recovery provides teen substance abuse in Cambridge IA treatment with a holistic approach that includes:
1. Individualized Treatment Plans
Each young adult receives a customized recovery plan designed to meet their specific needs. Our multidisciplinary team assesses personal history, substance use patterns, and co-occurring conditions to create a tailored approach that fosters long-term healing.
2. Trauma-Informed Care
Recognizing the deep connection between trauma and addiction, our program integrates trauma-informed therapy techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). These approaches help young adults process past experiences while developing healthier coping mechanisms.
3. Dual Diagnosis Support
Substance abuse often goes hand-in-hand with mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Our dual-diagnosis program ensures that both addiction and underlying mental health concerns are treated concurrently, providing a more comprehensive path to recovery.
4. Gender-Specific Treatment Options
Recognizing the unique challenges faced by young men and women in recovery, Ember Recovery offers separate gender-specific treatment tracks. These specialized programs provide a focused environment where individuals can explore issues related to identity, relationships, and social pressures in a way that fosters open communication and deeper healing.
